Description

Superbly positioned on the south-west corner of the marina this unit has a gorgeous view of the sea and the marina from the patio while capturing the cool island breeze that is unrestricted as it gently moves across the open water where the boats are docked. 

Port St. Charles offers guests a wonderful mixture of beach and boat life. You can sit on your private patio and watch the sailors and boat owners as they rig up their vessels and maneuver them through the waterways, take a stroll onto the beach (less than 100 yards away) for a swim, wade across the water to one of the pools and have lunch on the water at the yacht club or catch the shuttle from Port St. Charles into Speightstown for diner or to do some shopping.

The unit itself is beautifully designed, finished, and laid out to offer guests a wonderful beach life holiday experience where the only thing you need to decide is which swimsuit to wear on the day! Dining on the patio, lounging on the sofas, whipping up some rum punches or just relaxing in the rooms are all so very enjoyable when you sit right on the water.

All three bedrooms have marble en-suites and enjoy lots of wardrobe space. The spacious master looks out onto the marina and has its own workspace. The kitchen is well equipped with a walk-in pantry and a personal washer and dryer.  

There is allocated parking and an elevator service the units which are on the third floor.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Outside 90 days prior to the Client’s arrival date at the villa the Company will refund the total deposit to the Client if and when the Company receives written notice of the cancellation. Between 90 and 60 days prior to the Client’s arrival date at the Villa the Company will refund 50% of the total deposit to the Client if and when the Company receives written notice of the cancellation. Where cancellation is made within 60 days of the arrival date at the Villa no refund is due. Any charges or other fees applied to the return of a client’s payment will be added to the administration fee of US$100.00 when deposits are being returned.
