Description

Greenheart Cottage is a cute and quaint two bedroom cottage located on the grounds of Greenheart House in the sought after luxury development of Sugar Hill. Established as a joint venture with David Lloyd in the early noughties as an upmarket neighborhood where discerning property owners could enjoy an attractive, private tropical setting where tennis was readily available, the community has grown into one of the most attractive addresses on the west coast of the island.

Just up the hill from Holetown with its wide selection of fine dining restaurants and close to the championship golf courses of Royal Westmoreland, Apes Hill and Sandy Lane, the property is centrally located and offers easy access to all of the beautiful beaches on the renowned west coast. 

The cottage itself has two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living/dining area, a kitchen and outside sitting area. Guests have their own parking spot and full use of the club house facilities including pool, gym, restaurant and tennis.

The rental will do a basket load of personal items once per week. This does not include linen sheets and towels which will also be done separately by housekeeping. 

NB: 2 Guests under the listed nightly rates but can accommodate 2 additional guests. Each an additional person is US$10.00 per night .
