Lower Greys house was purchased by its owners some 15 years ago when a professional Equine Virologist saw it as her dream project to not only restore it to its former glory but to improve and enhance it into a beautiful example of Barbadian architecture. She transformed the old property into a living work of art where our architectural heritage could blossom in a tropical garden where fairies and leprechauns would wish to play. The property became an artistic release and an expression of what Jenny its owner had dreamed of since she could remember.  

Entry into the compound is via a short, tree-lined road that leads to the beautiful iron gates, set back between exquisitely built stone walls. As you approach the gates you can already tell you are in for a treat. The spacious forecourt opens into a paved oval which encircles a feature wildlife pond offering ample space for several vehicles to use and share the space. 

The main house has three large bedrooms, a fourth smaller studio room, three full bathrooms and a guest powder room. On entering through the front porch, you are greeted with a spacious living and drawing room with a further reception/family area tucked around the corner. A wonder through the inner hall will lead to the spacious dining room with its own patio overlooking the Koi-pond. Enjoying gorgeous country views from the patio, this space is open, light, bright and airy. Currently tenanted, the cottage is solidly built and sits to the west of the main house.
