    The house is on one level and comprises three air-conditioned bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.  The Garden Cottage Suite comprises a double bed, dressing room with fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and large shower room.  The dining rooms consists of an 8-seater table and also has a satellite TV viewing area.  The Garden Room is a beautifully spacious open area overlooking the garden and pool.  A circular coral stone dining table graces this delightful area and seats 8-10 people.  The kitchen is well-equipped with a large freezer.

    The house is totally secure with a large gate and attractive wrought ironwork plus an alarm system.  There are security gates between the Garden Room and dining room.

    The house currently has staff that consists of a housekeeper/cook, maid and gardener.

    As the house is set up as a BVI Offshore Company the purchase would involve a simple transfer of shares and an easy conveyance.
