    A two-minute walk leads onto the beautiful white sandy beach and the newly furnished Royal Westmoreland beach club and restaurant which is all included in your stay.  As private members, you will be provided with luxury complimentary sun beds, towels and parasols along with waiter service all day. Various water sports are available.

    The development is gated and has 24-hour security offering peace of mind helping you to enjoy every aspect of your holiday.  Central location means that a 5 minute drive takes you to nearby historic Speightstown with its waterfront cafes, fish market, shops and art galleries or 10 minutes the other way into a busier Holetown with its duty free shopping, chattel village, 5 star hotels and award winning restaurants.  World class golf courses are at Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland.

    There is a House Manager and a House Keeper.  A cook can be provided on request for an additional charge.

    Summer Rates (12 Apr 09 - 19 Dec 09) : US$500 per night for up to 6 persons or US$600 for up to 8 persons

    Winter Rates (4 Jan 09 - 12 Apr 09) : US$900 per night for up to 6 persons or US$1,100 for up to 8 persons

    Christmas/New Year (19 Dec 09 - 02 Jan 10) : US$2,000 per night with a minimum 2 week stay
