    All woodwork and masonry from basic trusses and roof systems and structural elements, to finely finished study furniture in mahogany and purple heart in the Great House, to the huge plantation kitchen table and modern chopping block work centre in Canadian maple, with all doors, windows, transoms and surrounds in mahogany, to the tunnel that leads to the top of the jungled hillside from the Great House, has been designed, manufactured and installed at Easy Hall by the present staff of joiners and masons and others. A basement level, fully clad in coral stone contains utility, storage and play areas and a surprise tunnel to the outside.

    The gardens are fully drained and irrigated.  The sophisticated irrigation system is supplied by a ring main from a discreetly located pump house.  The ring main additionally provides strategically located "ground level" pressurized connection points for supplementary watering and fire prevention.

     

    Located over 900 feet above sea level, the property benefits from its own microclimate with a higher than average rainfall that sustains the wonderfully diverse tropical garden.

     

    Ancillary Buildings


    The property also includes a wood workshop (incorporating both joinery and finishing processes), which was used in the rebuilding of Easy Hall, and has its own-trained craftsmen who produce not only mahogany doors and windows but also the custom furniture that is part of the Easy Hall lifestyle. In addition there is an extensive modern kennel building on two levels with its own veterinary facilities and state of the art operating theatre.
