Bedroom 2 is furnished with twin beds and measures approximately 10' x 10'. It is also air-conditioned with a ceiling fan and built in cupboards. Bedroom 3 is similarly furnished and measures approximately 10' x 8'.
The property is fully enclosed with an electric gate and is equipped with ADSL and a security system in addition to security grills on all windows and doors. Water is heated using solar power and there is a 400-gallon water tank plumbed to cut in automatically in case of water shortage.
